  1. By using the following Windows 3.0 Supplemental Driver
  2. Library (the "Software"), you are hereby agreeing to the
  3. following terms:

  5. Microsoft Software License
  6.  
  7. 1.  Grant of License.  Microsoft grants to you the right to
  8. use the enclosed Windows 3.0 Supplementary Driver Library in
  9. the following manner:
  10.  
  11.     (a)  You may install the Software on an unlimited number
  12. of workstations for internal use only and for use only in
  13. connection with licensed copies of Microsoft's Windows 3.xx
  14. products; and
  15.  
  16.     (b)  You many install the Software on a single computer
  17. system acting as a network server connected to an unlimited
  18. number of work-stations for internal use only and for use
  19. only in connection with licensed copies of Microsoft's
  20. Windows 3.xx products.

  22. 2.  COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Microsoft or its
  23. suppliers and is protected by United States copyright laws
  24. and interntional treaty provisions.  Therefore, you must
  25. treat the Software like any other copyrighted material
  26. (e.g., a book or musical recording) except that you may
  27. either:  (a)  make one copy of the Software solely for
  28. backup or archival purposes, or  (b)  transfer the Software
  29. to a single hard disk provided you keep the original solely
  30. for backup or archival purposes.  You may not copy the
  31. written materials accompanying the software.

  33. 3.  OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Microsoft License Agreement is
  34. your proof of license to exercise the rights granted herein
  35. and must be retained by you.  You many not rent or lease the
  36. Software, but you may transfer your rights under this
  37. Microsoft License Agreement on a permenant basis provided
  38. you transfer this License Agreement, the Software and all
  39. accompanying written materials, retain no copies and the
  40. recipient agrees to the terms of this Agreement.  You may
  41. not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software.

  43. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN
  44. RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE ONLY WITH MICROSOFT
  45. WINDOWS 3.0 AND RELATED SOFTWARE.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED
  46. FOR USE "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  MICROSOFT AND
  47. ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  48. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED
  49. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  50. PURPOSE.

  52. NO LIABILITY FOR CONEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall
  53. Microsoft or its suppliers be liable for any damages
  54. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
  55. of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  56. information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  57. or inability to use this Microsoft product, even if
  58. Microsoft has been advised of the possibility of such
  59. damages.  Because some states do not allow the exclusion or
  60. limitation of liability for consequential or incidental
  61. damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

  63. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS
  64.  
  65. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED
  66. RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is
  67. subject to restricions as set forth in subparagraph (c) (l)
  68. (ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software
  69. clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c) (l) and
  70. (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted Rights
  71. at 48 CFR 52.227-19, as applicable.  Contractor/manufacturer
  72. is Microsoft Corporation/One Microsoft Way/Redmond, WA
  73. 98052-6399.

  75. The agreement is governed by the laws of the State of
  76. Washington
